        Your full name and/or registered username in the app.

        The email address associated with your account.

        A clear statement requesting the permanent deletion of your personal data.

    Identity Verification:

    To protect the security of your data, we may ask for additional information to verify your identity before processing your request. This ensures that only the data subject can make the request.

    Process and Timeline:

    Once we receive and verify your request, we will delete your personal data permanently within 30 days. However, some data may be retained as required by law or to fulfill contractual obligations.

    Confirmation:

    After your data has been deleted, we will send you a confirmation email. If it is not possible to delete certain data for legal reasons, we will inform you of the nature of the data and the reason for its retention.

    Exceptions:

    Please note that some data may be retained if necessary for compliance with legal obligations, fraud prevention, or to protect our legal rights, as permitted by applicable law.
